"Dudley's Stone" Cabernet Shiraz 2010

This blend is intensely plum in colour, combining aromas of ripe blackcurrant and blueberry with flavours of smoky blackberries and subtle spicy oak on the palate. Smooth tannins and a rich, long finish make this the perfect wine to serve at room temperature, both as an aperitif, or to partner slow-cooked lamb shank in a red wine and rosemary jus.
