A distinctive, intense deep red colour, with cherry and spicy aromas. Aged fro 3 months in French oak, it displays balanced tannins on the palate. It is an elegant and modern wine with sound structure and a velvet finish. Goes great with red meats, Big game and Hard cheeses.
